  • 1 cup Sprouts (mixed greens or mung bean) Rinsed thoroughly
  • 200 grams Paneer (cubed) Freshly cubed
  • 1 medium Cucumber (diced) Diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium Tomato (diced) Diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped) Adds flavor to the salad
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Enhances flavor
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the sprouts thoroughly under cold water. If you’re using store-bought sprouts, ensure they’re fresh and crunchy.
  2. Cube the paneer and set it aside.
Chop the Vegetables
  1. Dice the cucumber and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion to add flavor and depth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the rinsed sprouts, diced cucumber, tomato, and onion.
  2. Gently fold in the cubed paneer.
Season and Serve
  1. Drizzle in the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Toss everything together until well coated.
  3. Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill for a bit before serving.

Notes

For substitutions, chickpeas or cooked lentils can be used if sprouts aren't available. Letting the salad chill enhances the flavors.
