  1. Cook the spinach until wilted by either steaming or sautéing it in a pan for about 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix together until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped green onions to pack your dip with flavor.
  4. Fold in the chopped spinach with a spatula until evenly distributed, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes
