Ingredients

Cheese Mixture
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded for that perfect melt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated to add nutty depth
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened for creaminess
Vegetables & Seasonings
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped fresh or thawed and drained if using frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder for a hint of warmth
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder to elevate the flavors
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper for a kick
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional, if you like it spicy
Binders
  • 1/2 cup Flour to hold everything together
Cooking Supplies
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray for greasing the baking sheet

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure the crisps bake evenly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), and flour. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Baking
  1. Using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, form small mounds on a greased baking sheet. Leave enough space between each mound as they will spread while baking.
  2. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy the crunch!

Notes

For variations, substitute cheddar and Parmesan with other cheeses like mozzarella or gouda. Ensure spinach is well-drained if using frozen; excess moisture can cause the crisps to lose their crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
