  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced
Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (optional for extra kick)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Garnishes
  • Chopped spring onions for garnish
  • Crushed peanuts for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set them aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, cooking until browned and fully cooked through (about 6-7 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same pan, add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and chili sauce (if using) until well combined.
Combine Everything
  1. Add the cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan. Toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are well-coated in the sauce.

Notes
