  • 2 teaspoons red chili flakes Adjust to taste for spice preference.
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed is best!
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with other neutral oils.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • ΒΌ cup fresh cilantro, chopped For garnish and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and peel them if desired. Using a spiralizer, spiral the cucumbers into long, curly strands.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the spiralized cucumbers. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle in the chopped cilantro and give it another gentle toss.
  5. Let the salad sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, then serve it up in dishes.

Notes

For the best texture, serve immediately after preparation. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Add fresh lime juice and dressing before serving again.
