Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by dicing the mangoes into small bite-sized cubes.
  2. Finely chop the habanero peppers.
  3. Finely dice the red onion and chop the cilantro.
Combining
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped habanero peppers, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and sprinkle salt to taste.
  3. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Final Touch
  1. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add another habanero if you prefer more heat.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, grilled meats, or enjoy it straight from the bowl.
