  1. Start by washing the chicken breasts under cold water. Pat dry and cut them into even strips for uniform cooking.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced jalapeños and sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the skillet. Sprinkle the mixed spices over the chicken and stir well to coat every piece. Cook for roughly 6-8 minutes, occasionally stirring until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to enhance the flavors.
