- Divide the mixture into 6-8 equal portions and shape them into patties slightly larger than your slider buns.
Cooking
- Cook the patties on your preheated grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
Assembly
- Once the sliders are cooked, place them on slider buns and top with lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired.
