Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt. Stir until well blended to form a doughy consistency.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Create a hole in the center of each ball to form a bagel shape.
- Arrange the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each bagel if desired.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or toaster.
