Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, maple syrup, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, gently folding until just combined. A few lumps are fine.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut them into bars and serve with a drizzle of extra maple syrup or your favorite toppings!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days. They can be refrigerated for a week or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
