Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated, resembling wet sand.
- Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups to prevent sticking.
- Take about a tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture and press it firmly into each muffin cup, forming a small cup shape at the bottom.
Baking
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden.
- Remove the tin from the oven and sprinkle a few chocolate chips into each cookie cup while they are still hot, allowing them to melt slightly.
- Add a generous amount of mini marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden and slightly puffed.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the tin. Enjoy fresh or at room temperature!
Notes
For variations, try using halal-certified white chocolate or peanut butter chips. Avoid tightly packing the graham cracker mixture and ensure you grease the muffin cups well to prevent sticking.
