Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened Ensure butter is not melted.
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Control marshmallow quantity for cookie-to-fluff ratio.
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
Baking
  1. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the cookie mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
Cooling
  1. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try using different chocolate varieties or adding nuts. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
