Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
Baking
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Spread the cookie mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
Cooling
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, try using different chocolate varieties or adding nuts. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
