- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix well until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Grab a 9x9-inch baking dish and press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom until it’s evenly packed.
- Layer the semi-sweet chocolate evenly over the graham cracker base.
- Scatter your marshmallows over the chocolate layer, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Sprinkle brown sugar lightly over the marshmallows.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10-15 minutes. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For optimal gooeyness, store in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
