Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures a perfectly baked bar.
- Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan. Make sure it's evenly spread and compact.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the crust, followed by a layer of mini marshmallows. Then, top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Press the remaining graham cracker mixture lightly over the marshmallows and chocolate.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the marshmallows are melted.
- Once out of the oven, allow it to cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes
Substitutions: Opt for Halal-certified chocolate chips if desired. Keep an eye on the bars while they’re baking to avoid burning. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Leftovers can be frozen for up to three months.
