Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and measure out your frozen berries and spinach.
  2. In a blender, combine the bananas, frozen berries, spinach, yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste your smoothie and add honey if you desire more sweetness.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  2. Top with granola, fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Can also be frozen for up to a month.
