Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, season the beef chuck cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and dried thyme.
  2. Slice the carrots, dice the potatoes, and chop the onion. Mince the garlic.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned beef at the bottom of the slow cooker, then layer the chopped onions, garlic, carrots, and potatoes on top.
  2. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for about 8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Once cooked, adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3-4 days; can freeze for 2-3 months.
