- Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
Assembly
- In your slow cooker, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, sliced onion, and minced garlic.
Seasoning and Cooking
- Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the top.
- Pour in the chicken broth and the juice of one lemon.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serving
- Once the chicken is cooked through and tender, serve on a platter.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
