  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter For rich flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adds aromatic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt To enhance flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting 1 pound of your chosen steak (sirloin or ribeye) into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, sprinkle the steak pieces with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Toss them gently to ensure an even coating.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. Once melted, add the 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned steak pieces in the slow cooker, then pour the melted garlic butter over the top. Mix until well coated.
  2. Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. The steak should be tender and infused with buttery garlic goodness.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove the lid, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure steak pieces are of even size and monitor cooking time to avoid drying out. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
