- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until thoroughly browned, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Scoop the Sloppy Joe mixture onto toasted hamburger buns. Add your favorite toppings, and dig in!
