Preparation
- Preheat a medium-sized skillet over low heat.
- Add semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter to the skillet, stirring frequently to melt.
- Once chocolate is almost fully melted, remove from heat and stir in miniature marshmallows and vanilla extract.
- Place skillet back on low heat and cook for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are gooey.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding melted chocolate drizzle or nuts as toppings. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
