Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chickpeas in the mixture until fully coated.
Cooking
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
