Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pre-made pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese can experiment with different cheeses
  • 1 cup favorite pizza toppings bell peppers, olives, etc.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Evenly spread 1 cup of pizza sauce over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add your choice of toppings, such as bell peppers or olives.
  7. Sprinkle with optional dried oregano or garlic powder.
Baking
  1. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  2. Remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then slice into squares or triangles.

Notes

To store leftovers, cover in plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
