- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice.
- Toss the chicken tenders in the mixture until they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated chicken tenders in the pan in a single layer. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the tenders and let them cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serving
- Remove them from the skillet, transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with fresh parsley.
