Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails
  • 2 pieces lobster tails, thawed if frozen Ensure they are thawed for even cooking.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with olive oil for a lighter version.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. With kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, ensuring not to cut the meat underneath.
  3. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and dried parsley. Stir until well combined.
  5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (65°C).
  2. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the lobster to prevent tough, rubbery meat. Properly store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
