- Begin by washing the broccolini thoroughly. Trim the ends to remove any tough parts.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the sliced garlic to the hot oil. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Toss in the broccolini and season with salt and pepper. Stir to coat the broccolini with garlic.
- Sauté for around 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccolini is tender yet still crisp.
- If using, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccolini before serving.
