Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add beef broth, soy sauce, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
- Whisk in the flour to thicken the gravy.
- Place the meatballs back into the skillet, spooning gravy over them. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dish also freezes well for up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of broth.
