Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro thoroughly.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, finely chop the onion and jalapeños, and chop the cilantro. Set aside.
Mixing
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and jalapeño. Stir them together until well mixed.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and season with salt to taste. Stir well.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped cilantro for added freshness.
