Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter, mixing until fully incorporated. Then add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gently fold the chopped Butterfinger candy bars into the cheesecake mixture, being careful not to break them too much.
Baking
  1. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. Once cool, place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.

  2. Top with whipped cream and additional chopped Butterfinger before serving.
