Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the raspberry yogurt, chia seeds, and milk. Stir until well blended.
- If you'd like a touch of sweetness, add the honey or maple syrup to the mixture and stir it in.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Just before serving, give the pudding a good stir and top it with fresh raspberries.
Notes
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Individual portions can be frozen for longer storage. Reheating isn't necessary, but can be warmed in the microwave if desired.
