Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced Make sure to wash them properly.
  • 1 banana Peel and set aside.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Substitute with regular yogurt if needed.
  • 1 cup almond milk Could also use dairy milk or oat milk.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for added sweetness.
  • as needed ice cubes Optional for a chilled version.

Preparation
  1. Start by washing the fresh raspberries and peaches. Slice the peaches into smaller pieces for easier blending. Peel the banana and set aside.
Blending
  1. In a blender, add the raspberries, sliced peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  2. Blend on high speed until you achieve a smooth consistency. If you want a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste your smoothie. If you want it sweeter, add the honey and blend for a few more seconds.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy this refreshing drink!

Notes

For best results, make this smoothie just before serving to keep the fresh taste and vibrant color. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Consider pouring leftover smoothie into ice cube trays for pre-portioned treats.
