  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Can be replaced with honey or maple syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
  • Graham cracker crumbs Optional for topping.

  2. Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Fold the raspberries into the whipped cream mixture carefully, keeping some whole for presentation.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes or cups. Optionally layer them for a parfait-style presentation.
  5. Sprinkle Graham cracker crumbs on top, if desired.
Chill and Serve
  1. Let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful flavor.

Notes

For substitutes, you can use frozen raspberries thawed beforehand. Ensure all utensils are clean and dry when whipping the cream. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, but it's best enjoyed fresh.
