- Rinse and gently pat dry the raspberries.
- In a separate container, squeeze the amount of citrus needed to create one cup of juice. Make sure to remove any seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh raspberries and citrus juice. Using a muddler or fork, gently mash the raspberries to release their flavor.
- Pour in the sparkling water and add ice cubes to the pitcher.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add sugar or simple syrup to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately in glasses garnished with mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours but note that bubbles will diminish over time. Consider storing the raspberry-citrus mixture separately from the sparkling water until serving to keep the fizz.
