Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 thighs chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on For that crispy texture
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or your favorite cooking oil)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley or chives, chopped for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure a crispy finish.
  2. Pat your chicken thighs dry with paper towels to achieve that coveted crispy skin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture generously over the chicken thighs.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  2. Once baked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley or chives.

Notes

For substitutions, consider using Italian seasoning or make your own seasoning. Monitor cooking closely, and avoid overcrowding the baking dish for crispy skin. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
