Preparation
  1. Start by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing and chicken broth until well blended. If you want an extra flavor boost, stir in the ranch dressing mix.
  3. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is generously coated.
  4. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Cover your crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover again until melted.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes
