- In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing and chicken broth until well blended. If you want an extra flavor boost, stir in the ranch dressing mix.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is generously coated.
- Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
- Cover your crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover again until melted.
