Ingredients
  

Fruits and Juices
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Ensure they are bite-sized.
  • 1 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 cup kiwi, chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
Optional Creaminess
  • 1 cup coconut water or yogurt Optional for extra creaminess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the fruits ensuring they are bite-sized.
Blending and Layering
  1. Blend chopped strawberries with a bit of orange juice until smooth, pour into popsicle molds filling them about one-third full.
  2. Add orange juice into the molds to fill them halfway.
  3. Blend chopped mango with coconut water or yogurt until smooth, layer it into the molds.
  4. Blend chopped kiwi separately and layer it into the molds.
  5. Blend blueberries with coconut water or yogurt and pour into the molds, filling them to the top.
Freezing
  1. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
Serving
  1. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles, then enjoy.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. Let sit at room temperature before removing from molds.
