Preparation
- Wash and chop the fruits ensuring they are bite-sized.
Blending and Layering
- Blend chopped strawberries with a bit of orange juice until smooth, pour into popsicle molds filling them about one-third full.
- Add orange juice into the molds to fill them halfway.
- Blend chopped mango with coconut water or yogurt until smooth, layer it into the molds.
- Blend chopped kiwi separately and layer it into the molds.
- Blend blueberries with coconut water or yogurt and pour into the molds, filling them to the top.
Freezing
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
Serving
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the popsicles, then enjoy.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. Let sit at room temperature before removing from molds.
