Preparation

- Fold in the shredded cheese and minced garlic.
- Pour in the milk, stirring gently until the dough just comes together.
- On a floured surface, turn out the dough, knead it gently, and pat to 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuit shapes.
Baking
- Place the biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.

For extra flavor, use garlic-infused butter and avoid over-kneading to maintain fluffiness.
