Main Ingredients
  • 12 ounces pasta (penne or rotini) Choose your favorite pasta type.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup breadcbs Panko for extra crunch.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Making the Sauce
  1. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  2. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat thoroughly with the creamy garlic sauce.
Baking
  1. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and breadcbs evenly over the top.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the pasta as it will bake further in the oven. Customizable toppings such as cooked chicken or spinach can be added.
