Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough and unroll the dough into a rectangle.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and ground cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cinnamon-sugar-covered dough.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the rolled dough into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick, and place them cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Making the glaze and serving
- While the bites are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
- Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the warm bites and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute the cinnamon for nutmeg or add finely chopped nuts. Keep an eye on the baking time; it may vary by oven. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month.
