  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Use high-quality, Halal-certified chocolate chips for better taste.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Ensure it's Halal-certified.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) Customize with your choice of nuts.
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional) Add for a delightful twist.

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute and then stir.
  2. Continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, stir in the vanilla extract and any optional ingredients like chopped nuts or mini marshmallows.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm enough to cut.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for up to three weeks or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving.
