Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, canned pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into two jars or airtight containers. Leave some space at the top for toppings if you wish.
  3. Cover the jars and place them in the refrigerator. Let them chill overnight so the oats can absorb the flavors and soften.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add your favorite toppings, like walnuts or an additional sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy this delightful, creamy breakfast!
