Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully cut the loaf of bread into a grid pattern without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create your garlic butter.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously into the cuts of the loaf.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese into each section of the bread.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil, sealing the ends tightly, and place it on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
- After baking, uncover the bread and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then serve.
Notes
Store leftover garlic bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
