  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1 piece ripe banana (optional for sweetness) Optional for added sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, agave, or stevia) To taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, protein powder, ripe banana (if using), vanilla extract, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey, agave, or stevia.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer for about 3-4 hours, or until the desired ice cream texture is achieved.
  4. Once frozen, allow it to sit for a few minutes to soften before scooping. Serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For variations, use different types of milk or add-ins like cacao nibs or shredded coconut. Store in an airtight container in the freezer, it lasts up to two weeks.
