Preparation
- Start by washing and chopping your fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- For yogurt pops, prepare your fruit puree by blending until smooth.
Mixing
- For fruity popsicles, mix the chopped fruits in a bowl with your fruit juice and honey (if using).
- For creamy pops, combine Greek yogurt and fruit puree in a mixing bowl.
Molding
- Carefully pour the mixtures into popsicle molds, filling each mold nearly to the top.
- Place the sticks in the center of each mold.
Freezing
- Let the molds sit in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or overnight if possible.
Serving
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
- Gently pull out the popsicles and enjoy with lots of toppings!
Notes
Feel free to swap out any fruits based on availability. Avoid overfilling molds as popsicles need space to expand.
