  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded Generously sprinkle on top before the final bake.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni (Halal-friendly alternative) Add on top before the final bake.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure fries get crispy.
  2. Spread the French fries on a baking sheet in a single layer, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake according to package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Assembly
  1. Gather your toppings while the fries bake: shredded mozzarella cheese and Halal-friendly pepperoni.
  2. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). Once fries are done, pour pizza sauce over them.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the fries and add pepperoni slices.
Final Bake
  1. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.
