Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking using cooking spray or olive oil.
- Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into squares, approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.
- Press each square into the muffin tin, lining the sides and covering the bottom.
- Spoon pizza sauce into each cup, just enough to cover the bottom.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by pepperoni, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Optionally, cover with smaller squares of dough on top.
Baking
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
