Ingredients
  

Dough and Sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
Cheese and Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or substitute with turkey or beef pepperoni for a Halal option
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking using cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into squares, approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.
  4. Press each square into the muffin tin, lining the sides and covering the bottom.
  5. Spoon pizza sauce into each cup, just enough to cover the bottom.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by pepperoni, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Optionally, cover with smaller squares of dough on top.
Baking
  1. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
