- In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until combined—avoid overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the turkey patties, being sure not to crowd the pan.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned on one side.
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Assembly
- Place cooked patties on slider buns and top with your choice of fresh toppings and sauces.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use an air fryer or oven for best texture. Also, these patties can be frozen uncooked for up to three months.
