Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the meat into 12 equal patties, slightly smaller than the rolls.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until done to your liking.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt.
Assembly
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place each patty on the bottom half.
- Garnish with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
- Top with the other half of the roll and serve while warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for 3 months. Reheat on 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
