Ingredients
  

For the Slider Patties
  • 1 pound ground beef Use Halal-certified for a Halal option.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
For Assembling the Sliders
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls Slice in half to assemble.
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese Add on top of the patties before serving.
  • to garnish Lettuce Fresh leaves for topping.
  • 1 sliced Tomato Add a freshness to the sliders.
  • to garnish Pickles For additional flavor.
  • to taste Ketchup Serve on the side.
  • to taste Mustard Serve on the side.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the meat into 12 equal patties, slightly smaller than the rolls.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until done to your liking.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt.
Assembly
  1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place each patty on the bottom half.
  2. Garnish with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  3. Top with the other half of the roll and serve while warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for 3 months. Reheat on 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
