  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a bit of butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the dry yellow cake mix and spread the toasted pecans evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
Mixing
  1. Melt the butter and combine it with the brown sugar and sweetened condensed milk in a separate bowl. Add the vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
Baking
  1. Pour the butter mixture on top of the cake mix and pecans without stirring.
  2. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is bubbling and golden.
