- Gradually add in the crushed pretzel crisps, oats, chocolate chips, and flaxseeds or chia seeds. Stir until everything is well combined into a cohesive mixture.
- Toss in a pinch of salt to round out the flavors. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- With clean hands, take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Refrigerate for a few minutes if sticky.
- Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they have space between them. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, munch on them immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
