Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
For the crust and garnish
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • chocolate shavings or syrup for garnish (optional)

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and allow the cream cheese to soften.
Mixing the filling
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until everything is well blended and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until it’s fully incorporated.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  2. Before serving, add optional chocolate shavings or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  3. Slice, serve, and watch your guests devour it!

Notes

For a Halal-friendly twist, try using almond or cashew butter. Avoid over-mixing the whipped cream when folding it in.
